Au forta aceea speciala de a aduna familia la masa si de a transforma o zi obisnuita intr-una cu gust de sarbatoare.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingrediente<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg carne tocata de porc<\/li>\n<li>200 g costita afumata<\/li>\n<li>2 cepe<\/li>\n<li>150 g orez<\/li>\n<li>1 lingura cimbru<\/li>\n<li>1 lingura boia<\/li>\n<li>2 verze murate<\/li>\n<li>400 ml suc de rosii<\/li>\n<li>sare si piper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mod de preparare<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Caleste ceapa si amestec-o cu carnea, orezul si condimentele.<\/li>\n<li>Umple foile de varza si ruleaza sarmalele cat mai uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Aseaza-le in oala, cu afumatura si suc de rosii intre straturi.<\/li>\n<li>Fierbe lent pana cand devin foarte fragede si aromate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Sfaturi<\/h2>\n<p>Merg perfect cu mamaliga si smantana.
