Sunt spectaculosi pe farfurie, au gust bogat si creeaza imediat senzatia de rasfat.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingrediente<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g branza de vaci<\/li>\n<li>2 oua<\/li>\n<li>220 g faina<\/li>\n<li>1 lingurita bicarbonat<\/li>\n<li>coaja de lamaie<\/li>\n<li>1 lingura zahar<\/li>\n<li>ulei pentru prajit<\/li>\n<li>smantana si dulceata de afine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mod de preparare<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Amesteca branza cu ouale, zaharul si coaja de lamaie.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporeaza faina si bicarbonatul pana obtii un aluat moale.<\/li>\n<li>Formeaza papanasii si prajeste-i pana devin aurii.<\/li>\n<li>Serveste cu smantana rece si dulceata din belsug.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Sfaturi<\/h2>\n<p>Nu adauga prea multa faina.
