Pastele aglio e olio sunt dovada ca din cateva ingrediente bune poti obtine o cina care pare mult mai eleganta decat efortul depus.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingrediente<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>4 catei de usturoi<\/li>\n<li>60 ml ulei de masline<\/li>\n<li>1 legatura patrunjel<\/li>\n<li>40 g parmesan<\/li>\n<li>fulgi de chilli<\/li>\n<li>sare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mod de preparare<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Fierbe pastele in apa bine sarata pana devin al dente.<\/li>\n<li>Felieaza usturoiul si incalzeste-l bland in ulei cu fulgi de chilli.<\/li>\n<li>Adauga pastele scurse direct in tigaie cu putina apa de la fierbere.<\/li>\n<li>Amesteca rapid cu patrunjel tocat si parmesan ras.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Sfaturi<\/h2>\n<p>Nu rumeni prea tare usturoiul.
